Within our One Party team, we are looking for an organized and motivated Affiliate Executive to join our partypoker acquisition team. In this role, as the Affiliate Executive you will be supporting the team in managing a portfolio of new and existing partners and affiliates. The role offers an amazing hands-on opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic individual to make a real impact to a growing affiliate business/ team.
What you will be doing:
Forming part of a fantastic team, your responsibilities will include:
- Daily contact and support of affiliates within our party team (covering all verticals)
- Daily reporting and analyses to help affiliate partners grow
- Collaborate with the internal operational, media and creative teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network
- Submit and maintain new partners, including mobile, onboarding, and KYB/C
- Working on the affiliate marketing tools and communications to partners
- Set up poker tournaments and pulling results
- Coordinate and support the Affiliate team when required
- Attend industry events and keep updated on industry trends
- Optimize and help our affiliate partners with their campaign
- Troubleshoot Affiliate Department technical issues (eg. tracking, integrations, software, breakages)
Who are we looking for?
- Someone with a strong online marketing knowledge, ideally already around the affiliate world!
- Strong analytics and reporting skills are required in this role, so someone who is confident in using Excel and other Microsoft tools
- Someone who is a "doer", wants to learn, wants to roll their sleeves up and be awesome at what they do!
- Have a strong interest in online media, and always eager to learn more
- Structured with a strong sense off data discipline, and can work to deadlines
- Someone who is a good team player and strong communicator
- Previously experienced in a support/coordinator role would be considered a plus
