As Gaming Commercial Manager you will be part of a team that is responsible for managing the Group’s 100+ Gaming providers.
Commercial
- Manage and maintain current external relationships with gaming providers to ensure Entain has the best content available across all markets & jurisdictions.
- Further develop relationships to ensure Entain are favored partners to secure first mover advantage into new markets.
- Actively develop relationships with start-ups and local champions to ensure access to any innovative products. relationships with existing and future Gaming B2B suppliers, from global tier 1 suppliers to small local champions.
- Review all current contracts and make commercial recommendations where needed.
- Assist in the management of supplier costs thorough review and selection of third-party and in-house content.
- Assist in the management and budgeting of supplier revenue share payments.
- Be one of the Group’s external representatives with all external suppliers.
- Ensure the financial team maximize supplier cost reductions through thorough checking of supplier invoices and drive further reductions via greater taxes, bonus and rebate deductions.
- Manage platform migrations and new label/market launches from a commercial and legal perspective so that the brands have the best content available from launch date.
- Monitor, review and interpret market and industry trends and report on these to the Brands and the wider Product teams.
- Work very closely with the Group’s multiple Brands to understand and deliver their content needs.
- Drive new content into the US and regulated markets to expand content portfolios and provide consultancy to suppliers on how to enter those markets in exchange for first mover advantage.
Reporting
- Preparation of detailed monthly analysis of costs at a Gaming provider level
- Preparation of monthly management reports for our casino operating teams
What we need from you:
- Wide general knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry
- Experience managing either 3rd party suppliers or operators
- Experience in a multi-brand, international business
- Experience of working in a complex, dynamic environment
- Outstanding commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of organizations, both internally and with suppliers
Desired:
- Experience in working with legal departments to close contracts
- Understanding of legal and compliance requirements across multiple regulated markets
