Job Title: Senior Product Manager – HR Self Resolution / Digitisation

Role Purpose
An expert in all things self-resolution and user centred design in a HR environment; with an excellent level of knowledge from both a customer and operational perspective, combined with a strong understanding of technology needed to deliver the data-led self-resolution channel strategy and roadmap to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience for HR related queries.
As the Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for leading the vision identifying and prioritising improvements across the group’s full suite of digital products which ultimately drives retention through improved products, services and customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate must have a passion for delivering the best possible product to our end users, understanding HR and system processes, an eye for detail and an ability to communicate solutions and schedules clearly. Personal accountability for delivering the desired business outcomes within their area would be an expectation within the role that should be embraced by the successful candidate.
- Passion for front end HR services as a product and service; specifically mobile / web product features, UX/UI, content development and innovation, Oracle and related modules and service now preferable
- Close understanding of customer’s needs across the whole HR experience
- Ensure Programme and Technology management (and other relevant stakeholders) are kept well informed of the status of delivery and benefits realization
- Work with stakeholders to understand business drivers, help develop product strategy and contribute to the production of an overall product delivery roadmap that aims to deliver on the key business strategy and goals
- Develop business cases to demonstrate the benefits of the roadmap and measure subsequent level of success through predetermined KPIs
- Research, define, recommend and implement digital specific innovation across the HR user experience
- Seeking input from external and internal stakeholders and keeping abreast of industry and sector best practice
- Keen ability to translate business needs into high level stories/requirements for new to market features & drive incremental delivery of these features in conjunction with the wider delivery teams
- Regular Interaction with key business areas in HR
