We have an exciting opportunity at Entain for a Benefits Manager.  This role provides support and advice on global benefit matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and works closely with the team to deliver global benefits
  • Ensures that global benefits programs are appropriate and comply with the relevant regulations, laws and best practices.
  • To makes sure the Group’s pension & benefits programs are consistent with market practice.
  • Work with the Head of Pensions and Benefits on plan design, cost benefit analysis and business proposals.
  • Lead ad-hoc benefit projects as required.
  • Take ownership of the end to end process of implementing new global benefits programs and ongoing vendor management - ensuring that these end to end processes continue to be robust and fit for purpose, including interfaces with external suppliers/providers and internal departments (including finance and payroll).
  • Establish and monitor MI and governance processes with external suppliers/providers and manage any escalations relating to their performance.
  • Act as the key interface between internal departments and stakeholders, for the administration and management of the Group’s non-UK benefits.
  • Provide subject matter expert support to the business in relation to pensions and benefits delivery, implementation, governance and risk.
  • Support and coordinate the annual renewal process with providers.
  • Support the administration of the UK benefits plans.
