We are looking for a Account Relationship Executive to join our team and look after a portfolio of High Value player accounts. This is a brilliant role which focuses on relationship building, and you will be responsible for handling our customer accounts and queries within the Hosted levels of the High Value program.
What will the role involve?
- Providing first class customer service to our High Value players via email, chat and phone
- Identify potential High Value players
- Conduct proactive responsible gaming interactions
- Manage bonus spend
- Work towards KPI's
- Report on closed accounts and use available tools to reactivate where possible
What are we looking for?
- Previous customer service experience
- If you have a high interest and good all-round knowledge of online Gaming with previous experience in a gaming environment this would be a plus although this isn't essential
- Comfortable working towards KPIs/targets
- Happy to work on a shift basis with unsociable hours including evenings and weekends, including foreign travel if needed occasionally
- Excellent communication skills - must be fluent in Dutch and English
