The role of the Bingo Commercial Manager will be responsible for the performance of the digital Bingo product for the UK Brands and supporting Brazil markets, as well external clients on the Entain Bingo Network. You will be a ‘Bingo Expert’ working with the Senior Bingo Commercial Manager to implement the Bingo Strategy.

The role is responsible for implementing the plan of the Bingo Product in UK brands, driving the optimisation of the Bingo to achieve NGR revenue growth targets for each brand.

Working with the Group Entain Bingo Product Team and Third Party Product Suppliers, you will be responsible for inputting into the Product Roadmap and testing new releases, that will drive growth & value by being ‘best in class’, differentiated to internal and external competitors and market leading, both in financial performance and perception. You will be responsible for the Bingo Content used within all areas of the business, including Promotions and Propositions, CRM Campaigns, Cross Sell & Launches plans, ensuring focus on the optimal products and features for each segment of customer, enabling performance to plan within their areas through tools and support.

 What you'll be doing:
 
Work with the brand teams to achieve Turnover, GGR, NGR and Actives targets and performance of the bingo products for the UK Brands through new variant launches, schedule optimisation and strategic promotional deployment.
The UK expert for Bingo Content and Proposition – deep understanding of the market, product and the customers by brand.
Work with the Senior Bingo Commercial Manager and Product to develop and evolve the Bingo Product and Content Strategy and plan.
Work closely with the Entain Bingo Product & Third Party Suppliers to ensure the Bingo roadmap is optimised for UK players, with relevant developments for each brand to leverage into strong and appropriate releases for customers.
Ensuring the Bingo lobby is simplified for the best customer experience 
Leading bingo operations across 6+ brands, to ensure best-practices from each brand are implemented, whilst maintaining separate brand identities. 
Monitoring and reviewing the Bingo products across all channels to ensure the best possible customer experience
Join and contribute to regular Entain Bingo network product prioritisation meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and enhance the Entain Bingo client.
Conducting and maintaining thorough Bingo competitor analysis (product/promotions/marketing activity) and recommending/ suggesting areas for improvement in order to ensure we offer a market leading product.
Represent the voice of the customer and the operational needs in relation to technical/product roadmap priorities and change decisions.
Help ‘Develop and Execute’ promotional offerings to match customer needs and maximize value.
Detect and prevent bonus abuse and optimise promotions ROI
Work closely with Customer Service & Analytics team to identify and fix customer journeys and reduce contact-drivers 
An inspiring leader that provides leadership and direction to the team, creating and embedding a culture where continuous improvement is embraced; mentors and develops the team by providing development, coaching, objectives setting and performance management
Encourages communication and collaboration across the business, team and stakeholders in order to build strong relationships and develop cross functional working

What we need from you:
 
Strong customer-experience and product vision
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Bingo industry and major competitors 
Experience in a multi-brand, international business 
Experience of working in a complex/dynamic fast paced environment is essential 
KPI, customer and results-oriented individual 
Outstanding commercial awareness and analytical skills 
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels from Director level to Colleague 
Excellent communication and leadership skills
