Main purpose of the Role
 
Responsible for delivering best in class games product for all markets and brands, focusing in
on specific territories but supporting the wider team. Overseeing process management of
games delivery to all brands in their key markets, and working with key internal teams
(roadmap management, product teams, operational teams etc.) to drive and enhance our
localised approach & deliver a best in market games portfolio to our brands.

Lead on delivery phase of our games roadmaps and work on process enhancements with the
Delivery Manager & wider product team.
Working with the wider Gaming Product Team, the individual will develop further relationships
across the business to help deliver the overall games proposition, while always supporting
group performance targets.

Key responsibilities
• Own the games delivery process for their elected territories, become a territory expert in both
market preferences and regulatory nuances.
• Supporting the delivery manager and wider product team on larger new market & regulatory
change programmes to ensure our games product post-delivery is best in industry.
• Work with product, technical and operational teams to deliver an industry leading product
offering, ensure quality, effective and timely product delivery, and understand and leverage
technology to deliver outstanding products.
• Refine and deliver operational processes to support ensuring optimal product performance,
including but not limited to game configurations for stakes, denominations, jackpots and
promotions, and service interruption management.
• Develop and grow key internal relationships, including team-working across other teams in
the organisation to ensure successful delivery of product or group initiatives, including but not
limited to Commercial, Technical Delivery, PMO, Analytics, Customer Experience and
Customer Service.
• Work with multiple stakeholders for brands in key regions – communicate effectively progress
with roadmap delivery, call out early delays/blockers and work to continuously improve as necessary.
• Keep aware of industry/product developments relating to digital entertainment and grow the
awareness of the teams around you. Be an advocate for GVC adopting similar or related
product enhancements as relevant.
• Monitor and report on product & process performance, ensuring any identified issues can be
investigated in a timely fashion, and provide insight on process improvements to internal
stakeholders to support a fully considered decision making process.

Competencies and experience
Essential
• Significant online gaming industry experience
• Holds an enthusiasm for, and an in-depth working knowledge of, online gaming
products and what factors are critical to success across a range of markets and
customer types
• Experience of leading delivery processes in a matrix set-up focused on delivery in a
fast-paced environment with a large and diverse group of stakeholders
• Demonstrable evidence of process improvement and the ability to get stakeholders
buy-in to support product initiatives and strategies
• Ability to communicate well with a range of stakeholders across our locations
• Understands the internal and external environments, how this impacts strategy and
the ability to swiftly adapt plans as appropriate
• Ability to plan, develop and deliver business improvements in line with agreed business
strategy
• Ability to work on several different activity streams concurrently
• Has a passion for delivering the best product to our customers but will equally
understand the business processes, with a strong eye for detail and a flair for
communicating ideas and potential solutions to the team and stakeholders

• Functional specification development in different tools (Word, Visio,…)
• Offline gaming industry experience
