Reporting directly to the Head of Acquisition, the SEO Manager role is responsible for delivering and executing the SEO

strategy and management of SEO activities for all brands across the region (Latam and Iberia). The ideal candidate will

manage the execution of global organic search strategy and perform key SEO functions across all Digital products for the

region. Your duties will also include managing the SEO Specialists team and ensure proper strategy execution and

optimization to contribute to business objectives. The SEO Manager will work closely with CRM & Content and Creative

teams and be responsible for educating the relevant departments in using SEO guidelines/best practices and following

up on its implementation. Functions will include site technical and content audits, on-page optimization, keyword

research, link building, app optimization, search data analysis, content gaps, reporting.



We are looking for someone with a solid technical background, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-

moving, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, has management skills,

an analytical mind, and is results-oriented. If you are an experienced professional with significant and demonstrable

This role is pivotal in growing our customer acquisition while establishing best SEO practices and deliver integrated cross-

channel strategies. The successful candidate will require leadership and organizational skills to lead a small team.



Key responsibilities

· Manage the SEO Specialists team and monitor their progress and results.

· Coordinate, plan, develop and implement on/off-site SEO strategies and related activities to improve organic

search visibility and revenue

· Perform on/off-page SEO audits, competitor analysis and identify areas for improvement

· Design and coordinate SEO strategies including, but not limited:

o Keyword research and development of organic keyword lists

o Content optimization and ideation

o Backlinks acquisition

o Mobile first optimization

o Page speed optimization

o Site architecture and internal linking

o Site Migrations and Redesigns

· Recommend new SEO techniques/tactics in line with search engine latest updates and market changes

· Establish best SEO practices and deliver integrated cross-channel strategies

· Coordinate and report on link building activities

· Benchmark industry and similar sites’ technical and content implementations

· Identifying potential risks, setting goals, budgeting and forecasting SEO performance

· Identify new content opportunities

· Monitor, analyze and report on global organic performance for each brand and product, including rankings, traffic, conversions, engagement (etc.) on a regular basis · Interpret key data through multiple analytics tools and deliver insightful analysis and recommendations · Assist with Content/SEO Market intelligence and monitor the sports and gaming sectors in order to adapt to trends and changes
