To shape that future, we are looking for a world class Analytics Success Specialist to take our test & learn and commercial analytics capability to the next level across our partypoker brand.
The successful individual will work closely with regional execution teams (Marketing, CRM, BI) and Central Analytics teams. This is a new role that is paramount to the successful adoption and realisation of our transformation strategy across Europe, requiring the ability to navigate the complexity and dynamic nature of Entain, whilst at the same time inspiring change. A proven-track record designing and executing a test and learn methodology in a multi-dimensional environment, structured problem solving, strategic thinking and impact analytics within a fast-paced digital environment are important foundations to this individual’s success.
Responsibilites:
- In partnership with the Senior Analytics Success Specialist and regional stakeholders, develop and implement a structured Test & Learn framework, initially focused on Advanced Analytics, including measurement approach
- Evangelize and promote the use of Test & Learn through building strong relationships with execution teams, education, training, as well as development of tools and reports
- Build standardisation and evolution of test dashboards, measurement and reporting
- Prioritise the testing roadmap by sizing learning opportunities for potential business impact
- Compile and analyze tests results and report it back to the relevant business owners
- Partner with central commercial consultants / product owners to shape business cases to ensure we prioritise high impact solutions / capability needs, whilst ensuring the right buy-in/alignment with senior management is achieved
- Proactively recommend improvements to models or processes
- Be able to communicate complex, technical results to business users in a concise way
- Be comfortable working concurrently across multiple initiatives, partnering closely with CRM, Marketing, Product teams to influence direction and achieve game-changing results
- Partner with central testing experts to develop a standard template to summarise and present test results / findings to a broad set of stakeholders in a concise, non-technical way
- In addition, partner with central experts to ensure effective scoping, co-ordination, execution, and analysis of simultaneous tests across Europe brands
Essential:
- 3 years experience developing and applying testing methodology and digital analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to influence a wide range of audiences
- Experience in test design, measurement, and statistical analysis of results
- Robust project and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business / commercial acumen, with superior written, verbal and presentation skills
- Experience building high-impact business cases and developing commercial models
- Analytical and curious mind with high attention to detail
- Self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently
- Experience within a fast-moving environment and a high level of comfort with change; gambling experience a plus
- Passionate about the role of digital, data, analytics and driving transformational change
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, research, mathematics, computer science, statistics, economics or finance a big plus
