The role in a nutshell:
As a passionate Frontend Developer you will be joining the Honey Badgers team. We provide a theming frontend framework covering 25+ brands. Our product is an online style guide and knowledge base, to help various development teams worldwide - developed and maintained inhouse. The main focus is to cover CSS/SCSS topics. Another core competence is to develop responsive mailing templates, which will be part of your day to day work.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop, maintain and debug
- SCSS code
- responsive email templates
- our internal online style guide
- Testing of
- x-browser functionality, layout and styles
- email templates in various email clients
- Performance optimization
- Support development teams globally with your expertise
- Partial CMS support: content implementation and maintenance
What we need from you:
- At least 3 years of experience with: HTML, CSS/SCSS
- Expert knowledge in building responsive email templates
- You know the different browser and email client quirks and how to work around these
- Good understanding of
- Git: merge, rebase, hooks
- Build tools (Webpack, Gulp, etc.)
- Angular is a plus
- Self-initiative, hands-on mentality, proactive way of working
- Photoshop, Illustrator and CMS (Sitecore) skills are a plus
