As CRM Executive you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, analysing and optimising all CRM & promotional activities for the Poker vertical for our Party brands. Your aim is to increase customer satisfaction and engagement via exciting and highly creative promotions and campaigns.


You will be measured on your ability to impact top-line KPIs; your main objectives are to reduce churn, increase conversion/Xsell rates, improve customer satisfaction and increase overall player lifetime value.


To achieve your targets, you will need to completely understand the various CRM promotions and tool mechanics & establish a firm grasp of them. You will need to work with multiple teams and across all departments and locations. By ensuring that marketing activities are executed effectively and efficiently, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring we maintain our industry leadership.

What you'll be doing:
  • Delivery of all CRM activity for the business unit including Conversion, Retention, Reactivation and Cross Sell
  •  Initiate and implement weekly/monthly/yearly marketing plans with a view to optimising commercial return and player engagement on all communications
  • Work closely with the commercial and marketing teams to work on tactical plans in order to convert, reactive and retain customers
  •  Work closely with CRM managers of Sports and Casino verticals to ensure strategy alignment and maximum exposure of each campaign is leveraged
  • End to end promotional builds inc. briefing, segmentation, analysis and production
  • Ensure the business unit has the optimal promotions plan to ensure bonus spend is in line with budget while maximizing ROI
  • Defining promotion specifics including promo mechanics, prize structures, bonus & wagering configurations, segmentation, communication plans and terms & condition
  • Co-ordination of all player communications including emails, direct mailers, client messages and SMS, ensuring relevant and accurate information is displayed
  • Co-ordination of mailing and contact lists, checking the accuracy of the data and the segmentation of lists
  • Improve and develop new communication channels with players, including retargeting, Paid Social, etc. 
  • Monitor customer experience across all channels and identify opportunities, trends, etc. in order to manage key improvements aimed at increasing the lifetime value of our players
  • Produce full campaign analysis for each product and promotion, enabling the business to understand the effectiveness of the activity
  • Contribute towards improving our various promotional tools, reporting tools, CRM & bonusing systems, segmentation systems, email templates, etc.
  • Co-ordination and communication of all activity with internal departments
  • Initiate and implement best-in-class CRM strategies using competitor analysis
What we need from you: 
  • Minimum 1 year experience within a marketing, VIP Management or CRM environment
  • Must be fluent both written and spoken English.
  • Good knowledge of Email marketing tools and overall campaign Best Practice
  • Experience of working with Content and/or Campaign Management Systems
  • Experience with campaign Journeys and programs
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good analytical skills and experience in segmenting data
  • Able to work with multiple business units to achieve objectives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentational)
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic to learn
  • A proven record of delivering against targets


  • Online gaming experience – poker preferred
  • Knowledge of Optimove and/or Salesforce will be considered a plus
  • French or Spanish Speaker
