Our Internal Communications Team are excited to be able to offer a Graduate opportunity within their busy team. You will be supporting with the creation and delivery of effective internal communications that positively impacts our employee experience. You’ll work closely with our internal stakeholders, predominantly in Operations, to provide support and expertise on all aspects of internal communications, bringing our strategy to life and increasing the visibility of the teams making the magic happen. And don't worry, we'll be their to guide you as you develop your skills! 

You’ll be a key member of the Internal Communications team, bringing your knowledge and passion to raise the bar for how our stakeholders communicate with our teams.

 
What you'll be doing:
  • Support the Group Internal Communications team on a wide range of internal communications projects and initiatives
  • Source and create stories from across the Operations team; using a range of internal communications channels and formats to keep colleagues across our business engaged and informed in a timely and relevant manner
  • Own our regular internal communications campaigns to ensure a regular flow of news and updates through our Yammer community and Entain.Me space (intranet) – examples include sporting previews, product innovation and gaming launches, and community stories
  • Actively build great relationships with key stakeholders across Operations and the wider business
  • Coordinating/managing logistics of internal communications live events, such as Town Halls and conferences
  • Offer creative and new ideas on how we can improve and do things differently
 
What we need from you:
  • A Relevant degree level qualification
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proof-reading skills, with the ability to tailor communications to suit different audiences
  • Good creative, technical and platform knowledge to create and deliver brilliant content in a compelling way through the appropriate channel, including intranet, video, print, digital and social media.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools preferable
