About The Role

As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will lead, coach, set direction and goals for a small team of Recruiters to deliver corporate recruitment in specific locations across all Entain brands.

Focusing on quality of service, you and your team will provide support, expertise, deep business and job market understanding to target, attract, engage, assess & hire the best talent globally to grow the business.

You will report into the Head of Talent Acquisition and work closely with the HR Director, HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of Talent Acquisition for the support world including Legal, HR, Finance, Property & Facilities etc.

As part of the Talent Acquisition leadership team, you will act as a global community of recruitment professionals, joined up in the way we work – operating effectively and consistently across all brands and locations in the Entain family.

This is a new role in our leadership team and we’re looking for someone to bring expertise with a hands-on approach in finding the best talent globally. So bring your energy, ideas and your collaborative mindset to be part of a global team with some big and exciting things to achieve!
