About The Role

We're looking for an ARM Manager to join our growing team in Sofia! Are you ready to take this challenge on? We're on the look out for someone with fantastic knowledge of existing products, new offerings, channels and platforms.

Within this role you will be leading a team of ARM Account Managers/Executives covering a wide array of markets such as Romania, Bulgaria, Denmark, Canada and more!

One of the main focuses will be meeting the targets set for the team by managing and guiding reports daily; this will include preparation of regular reports that will show both individual performance and the financial trends/KPI’s of the overall High Value business.

This role is crucial in the success of the business, as they will ensure close monitoring and efficient management of their assigned team, revenue growth from the base of customers whilst keeping within budget in terms of bonus spend and offline marketing/events costs.

What you'll be doing:

  • Successfully handle direct reports in reaching team financial, individual targets and other measurable objectives
  • Promotes sales oriented environment that drives incremental revenue and promotes world class customer service
  • Submit daily, weekly and monthly analysis and reporting on individual and team performances
  • Leads all aspects of the ARM Teams daily performance, including but not limited to time keeping, communication, hospitality events, queries, contacts, interaction with third party partners and procedures for escalations including out of office hours.
  • Provide leadership support when taking care of difficult customer interactions and situations in calm, professional and reasonable manner.
  • Work with each team lead/member to ensure that bonuses, gifts and hospitality invitations are offered in agreed timescales to promote correct customer behaviors.
  • Track budgets and ensure offline spend is tracked and used in the best way to grow revenue and stay within financial guidelines
  • Provide monthly reporting and presentations to the Head of ARM and other partners
  • Work with other senior team members and projects involving any of the labels/regions of those in your remit
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation, ensuring that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively. Handling AML and RG related queries to the highest of standards
  • Fully aligns with and upholds company expectations including policies, procedures, department goals and business strategy.
  • Conducts themselves with the highest level of integrity and honesty
  • Participation and contribution to projects outside of the daily scope of work

What we need from you:

  • Demonstratable experience in a similar role
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships within a B2C environment
  • Strong analytical background with consistent track record of hitting & exceeding commercial targets
  • Comfortable with data interpretation and reporting
  • Familiarity with segmentation, journeys, and customer development
  • Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines, effectively prioritise and deliver to a high standard
  • Marketplace awareness and understanding of trends in different regions
  • Experience in managing a budget with an expectation of a strong return on investment (ROI)
