We're looking for Social Media Customer Service Agents to join our busy team in Gibraltar!

Shifts for this role range from 08:30 to 01:00. The salary for this role is £18,000, increasing to £21,000 after our standard probation period of 4 months.

Please note, we are only able to consider people already living in Gibraltar or Southern Spain.
What you'll be doing: 
  • You will be speaking to our customers via our social media channels (Facebook & twitter) ensuring first time resolution on their queries giving them a stress free/positive experience!
  • Complete training for product, service and regulatory requirements
  • Proactively escalate any issues
  • Maintain Quality & Assurance score that as a minimum meets the department KPI for each period outlined in the annual objectives
What we need from you:
  • Previous experience within a similar role - gaming industry is an advantage
  • Fluent in English – written and spoken
  • Ability to work flexibility over various shift patterns
  • Confidence to interact with customers through a variety of communication methods including voice and email with the ability to multi-task
