About The Role

The Field Service Technician provides customer service and performs a variety of duties related to the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, removal, and repair of electronic sports betting or kiosk devices and all related systems, equipment and peripherals.  The incumbent must have strong customer service and communications skills as s/he has frequent customer contact. 

 

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, install, remove, upgrade, convert and repair electronic sports betting devices and/or kiosk devices and all related systems, equipment and peripherals. 

  • Position requires frequent company travel up to 75% of the time. 

  • Troubleshoot problems with all software and hardware products. 

  • Provide technical support and assistance of promotional events, as requested. 

  • Maintain all required inventory and process usage. 

  • Work closely with customers during the installation of products to address problems. 

  • Provide training on products to customers. 

  • Interface with third-party providers to troubleshoot equipment issues. 

  • Participate in the installation of software release patches and action plans at customer locations. 

  • Participate fully in company health and safety programs and comply with all company OSHA policies and procedures.  Follow all lawful employer safety and health rules. 

  • Report hazardous conditions to management. 

  • Perform other related duties as requested. 

Additional Information
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state in which the employee resides. 

  • Must possess a clean driving record. 

  • Must be 21 years of age or older. 

  • Must be able to obtain and retain any licensing in applicable jurisdictions. 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and desktop systems and servers. 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. 

  • Knowledge of basic electronics, networking and communication equipment. 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service. 

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team. 

  • Experience in gaming and/or sports betting industry strongly preferred. 

  • Ability to climb, lift and carry up to 70 lbs. 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
