The role in a nutshell:
You’ll own the Technology & Product area for Entain and will serve as a trusted advisor to Stakeholders, providing a recruitment consultancy service. This will mean building strong, in-depth relationships with your key stakeholders, taking thorough briefs, getting close to the business, developing a deep understanding of the requirements of your specialist area, having a good view of the external market/competition - and being able to provide an expert service to hiring managers and candidates to deliver high quality service and high quality candidates for Entain.
What you'll doing:
- Developing sourcing and attraction plans to ensure a healthy pipeline of quality candidates for Entain’s current and future requirements
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and understanding future needs, OD changes and recruitment forecasts for your specific area.
- Manage Hiring Managers expectations to ensure effective fulfilment of vacancies
- Engage with external talent through networking, researching, mapping, creating candidate pools.
- Manage 3rd parties and preferred suppliers, where necessary (albeit focusing on direct sourcing)
- Gather and use market intelligence wisely to help source candidates, and advise hiring managers on availability of talent, skills, salary benchmarking, competitor activity
- Ensure the recruitment process engages and encourage a more diverse candidate population and educates the hiring managers on the importance of diversity and inclusion to Entain.
What we are expecting from you:
- Experienced recruiter, having worked in-house or an agency and having full responsibility and ownership for management and delivery of a specific function.
- Recruitment experience within Tech & Product is of advantage
- Social and direct sourcing expertise (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and use of various channels, Chrome extensions, etc)
- Developed and maintained relationships in key leadership team & HR teams.
