About The Role

You will be the Live Casino expert working with the Head of Commercial and Product to develop and implement the Strategy and Plan


In this role, you’ll be responsible to oversee and improve the overall performance of Live Casino area in Casino within the Europe region. The role will be tasked to implement successful strategies and projects that deliver revenue upside.  This position will have an important influence in the selection, monitoring and delivery of games and promotions aimed to drive overall live casino performances. 

On top of the day-to-day planning & delivery, you will also be expected to propose offers that optimise cross-selling and up-selling funnels.


The goal is to be always on the lookout for new opportunities and ways to improve the business and operational performance with driving revenues. 

This role can be based in either Gibraltar, London, Sofia or Vienna.
What we need from you:
  • Responsible for the Live casino Performance for Europe Sports brands against budget plan
  • Monitoring Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly & yearly KPIs and highlight potential issues
  • Working with all relevant stakeholders to prepare plans to tackle underperformance where needed
  • Analyse business, customer and supplier’s performance trends and suggest decisions on the follow-up actions 
  • Work closely with the Commercial Heads for each Region to ensure casino operations meets excellence 
  • Manage and deliver projects to improve the business on the live casino vertical
  • Optimize live casino performance across KPIs 
  • Market benchmarking / share of wallet tracking 
  • Liaise with current providers to ensure future strategic partnership that would enhance our positioning in the market and improve our bottom line.
  • Identifying internal and external opportunities to deliver incremental casino revenue 
  •  Creating emails, presentations and organising sessions to promote and upsell new games, recommending appropriate content to the right target audiences to increase revenue and GGR

     Key relationships:  

  • Work with Lobby/CRM/ VIP & Product teams to define strategies, establish processes, prepare promotions, campaigns and brief/train if needed to share games knowledge and deliver the necessary revenue uplift
  • Liaise with current providers to ensure future strategic partnership that would enhance our positioning in the market and improve our bottom line.
  • Work with Insight and CS to gather customers’ feedback to improve our service and assistance in problem solving 
  • Keep a close contact with Legal & Compliance team to stay informed about regulations 
  • Work with BI & Data team to analyse the numbers and improve market performance

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Live casino industry and major competitors
  • Experience in a multi-brand, international business
  • Experience of working in a complex/dynamic fast paced environment is essential
  • KPI, customer and results-oriented individual
  • Outstanding commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels from Director level to Colleague
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  •  Proven record of increasing revenue through developing and implementing strategic plans
