Role Purpose
 

To provide administration support to People & CultureLeadership Team / Executive Assistant

 
Key Responsibilities 
  • ·         Support the Senior Leadership Team's effectiveness by ensuring there is a highly effective level of administrative support

    ·         Diary management, arranging meetings and video / conference calls, booking meeting rooms

    ·         Arranging travel, booking hotels, and procuring visas if necessary

    ·         Processing purchase orders, invoices and setting up new suppliers  

    ·         Organising team events and away days

    ·         Maintain distribution lists for People & Culture team

    ·         Executive Assistant cover when required

    ·         Assist with Reward & Recognition for the All People & Culture team (e.g. End of year Thank You mail-outs)

    ·         Undertake ad hoc duties for the PLT as and when required

Candidate Requirements 
  • ·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

    ·         Ability to prioritise and manage own workload, using own initiative

    ·         High attention to detail, trustworthy and adapt at dealing with highly confidential and sensitive material

    ·         Self- starter

    ·         Self- motivated

    ·         Ability to build strong relationships, Team player

    ·         Ability to work independently or as part of a team

    ·         Highly organised

    ·         Excellent communication skills

    ·         Flexible

    ·         Confident and positive approach when working under pressure
