To shape that future, we are looking for a world class Commercial Consultant / Lead to join as part of our newly formed Commercial Analytics & Strategy team.

This is a high-impact commercial role within the central team and will report into the Head of Commercial Analytics & Strategy. This role will initially focus on accelerating our AI / Advanced Analytics Strategy and capability roadmap, driving adoption of AI solutions through rigorous commercial analysis and strategic thinking. This individual will be a key Commercial Partner for all group regions, brands and departments and will bridge the gap between our Advanced Analytics team and the business to ensure we are driving the right prioritisation and effectively surfacing progress to senior leadership in a concise and impactful way. This individual must have strong analytical / problem solving skills combined with strong business acumen and be expected to clearly link complex data to business realities to ensure leaders make informed decisions and take action.

An understanding of Advanced Analytics and Test & Learn methodologies within a consumer-focused, fast-paced environment are important foundations to this individual’s success.



  • Be a “Commercial Champion” for all our Global Advanced Analytics solutions from start to end
  • Be a “Customer Success” Leader for our regions. Partner with regional teams to ensure we prioritise high-impact opportunities that align to local needs, and successfully deliver them against our stated roadmap
  • Co-create local AI solutions and capability roadmaps with regional teams, recognising regional nuances, strategies and capabilities and use these to build a consolidated global AI roadmap
  • Develop strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to raise awareness and drive adoption of Advanced Analytics
  • Confident communicator able to convey complex concepts succinctly and simply in both written and verbal form, bringing to life the progress and transformational impact of AI / Analytics
 Stakeholder / Project Management
  • Work with Central Product Owners to ensure all regional stakeholders are kept up to date with progress, improvements, key decisions, etc
  • Work with BA, regional teams, Data Science and Engineers to map out benefits, risks, dependencies
  • Responsible for timely delivery of updates, plans and recommendations to a broad set of stakeholders, effectively packaging and surfacing complex projects in a concise and meaningful way
  • Run ideation workshops with senior leaders to explore new possibilities as it relates to AI
  • Clear identification and surfacing of blockers in each region, building plans to address
  • Capable of working on multiple, overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Influence prioritisation sessions across your AI portfolio
  • Engage with senior leadership (regional MDs, COO, etc) to ensure ongoing alignment with priorities
 Commercial Specialists / Test & Learn
  • Own development of high-impact business cases, working closely with Product Owners, Regional leads and Data Science to ensure all key stakeholders are bought into the journey
  • Partner with other commercial managers and testing experts to ensure commercial measurement and testing across the group is delivered in a consistent and structured way
  • Articulate and bring to life the value of data science solutions / AI use cases at specific stages in the development lifecycle (ideation: commercial thesis, prioritisation: business case, adoption: A/B testing and measurement), applying financial and strategic value considerations
  • Manage your AI portfolio and KPIs to ensure valuation is reasonably estimated and extrapolated
  • Contribute to building a world class A/B testing strategy across our analytics portfolio, including providing guidance on a test plans (e.g. KPI strategy)
  • Develop a communication plan that brings to life AI transformation, contributing to existing Advanced Analytics newsletters and team update calls
