About The Role

We now have a brilliant opportunity for a senior experienced CRM Manager to join our team where the successful candidate will be in control of the CRM campaigns for the bwin and Sportingbet brands within the GLOBAL region (UK, Ireland, Denmark, Canada), reporting into our Head of CRM.
 
It will be your role as the CRM Manager for Global to constantly monitor, review, align, and improve our contact strategies to ensure we maintain our commercial growth in this territory that is a key revenue driver.

  • You'll be managing a team of 7 which will consist of team leaders and executives. You will use your management and coaching experience to build a strong and high performing team. 
  • You'll be confident and will love developing, planning, and implementing data driven, localized, CRM strategies, promotions and automated retention campaigns aimed at maximizing customer lifetime value and profitability.
  • You'll be involved in recruiting across your team, monitoring of performance and facilitate personal development of your team ensuring they are supported and are able to develop as individuals.
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing teams to roll out new game launches, supplier promotions or new features.
  • Accountable for the team`s performance, including achievement of key KPIs and commercial targets for all product verticals; Sports, Casino, Poker.
  • Spearhead relevant projects that impact the territories in your region (e.g. regulatory projects, new CX initiatives such as 2FA, partnerships with external parties, etc.)
  • Cross functional team collaboration and stakeholder management (e.g. work closely with trading, BI & analytics, VIP, creative teams etc.)
  • Input into department and business wide developmental roadmap – developments needed to deliver a best in class CRM disciplines for Sports, Casino and Poker disciplines at bwin and Sportingbet.
 Who are we looking for?
  • We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills and process orientation within everything they do.
  • Ideally someone with around 6 years’ experience within CRM or a marketing role
  • At least 2 years’ experience with leading teams in a complex, cross-country setting.
  • Educational (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing or Business Management would be ideal, but again not essential. 
  • Ability to drive change across all levels of an organisation – clearly define, articulate, and build a roadmap to revolutionise a department’s culture and ways of working.
  • Ideally someone from a similar industry and understands our has worked in regulated markets previously before.
