About The Role

This role is a pivotal part of the Internal Creative Agency and helps us to build our creative delivery and project management capabilities across the group, working alongside some of the best technologists and marketeers in the industry. You will be providing top-level project management within your brand responsibility and delivering both creative projects and BAU for marketing campaigns; ensuring they are executed to the highest standards across a variety of mediums and channels. You will lead from the front, ensuring best practice and brand is adhered to and deadlines and budgets are met.
 
You will be able to quickly grasp hold of projects that are both new and in-flight, understand the delivery requirements and work with the team to deliver the project to completion.

You’ll have experience of delivering projects in high pressure situations within an agency setting and across multiple channels.

You’ll be a collaborative, open and friendly individual able to quickly form relationships with people both inside the agency and within the wider group.

 
Role can be based in London, Nottingham or Gibraltar.


What you'll be doing:

  • Receiving and interpreting briefs from the client, updating and interpreting it and coordinating the necessary approvals.
  • Coordinating internal meetings with the right agency stakeholders to achieve the above.
  • Resourcing and casting the correct members of the team against the briefs in collaboration with key stakeholders within the agency.
  • Managing work through the agency from briefing to delivery across multiple channels and multiple stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on your projects accurately and regularly as required.
  • Encourage and facilitate collaboration both across the wider delivery team and Group as a whole.
  • Ensure detailed project, implementation or actions plans are created for each project as appropriate.
  • Ensure projects have requirements documented and agreed to ensure that project activity meets agreed stakeholder objectives.
  • Ensure risks and issues are being recorded, monitored and proactively managed to minimise disruption to successful delivery.
  • Continuously manage stakeholder expectations across all aspects of the job.
  • Ensure the appropriate and relevant level of testing is in place for all projects.
  • Provide your Project Lead with the relevant information in order to allow them to drive weekly status meetings with both the client stakeholders and key agency members, ensuring that project statuses, risks and processes are detailed and communicated clearly.
  • Updating the project on our project management system Wrike.


What we need from you:

  • Related experience at a relevant level of delivery in agency or corporate setting.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment; able to juggle multiple projects/priorities and deliver high quality outcomes under pressure.
  • Experience managing creative and dev teams from a workflow perspective.
  • Personable, working effectively with a variety of different people; you encourage and positively influence people to join you on your journey.
  • Excellent communicator: able to explain the marketing brief clearly to the team, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively (both from a creative and delivery point-of-view)
  • Able to work across a variety of production processes and aware of their technological requirements.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to the demands of challenging and unusual projects.
