The role in a nutshell:

 

As a part of international Talent Acquisition team, will be responsible for recruiting talented people into the business, working closely together with hiring managers and HR Teams.

 

What you'll be doing:

 
 
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand details of job requirements by attending briefings and summarising requirements
  • Utilise online media and job boards to drive direct sourcing of candidates, building a knowledge of which sources are most effective and ensuring that all attraction materials are kept in line with employer brand guidelines
  • CV and Telephone screening to assess candidate suitability against role and organisational requirements
  • Managing offers for allocated roles.
  • Stay up to date with technological advancements in new media and changes in candidate sourcing trends and sharing knowledge with the team
  • Market Mapping of competitor organisations to create and maintain candidate pipelines for key roles and proactively manage candidates through proactive communication and relationship building
  • Recruitment related administration, uploading of jobs to recruitment management system and external sources and ensuring data integrity of systems, administering pre-employment screening where required, arranging interviews
  • Liaising with outsourced agencies and 3rd party suppliers when working together on jobs/campaigns

 

What we are expecting from you:

 
 
  • Experience in CS/Marketing recruitment in the local market
  • Stakeholder management experience of candidates and hiring managers
  • Skills in questioning to ensure thorough job briefings and candidate screening
  • Demonstrable capability in relationship management
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure
