About The Role

As a CRM Manager you will oversee the CRM & Promotional activities of the Poker vertical for our Party brands (partypoker), ensuring that brand and regulatory guidelines are enforced. You will be responsible for managing the operations for the CRM teams, including strategy, planning, execution and analysis of end-to-end retention campaigns aimed to drive more engagement and increased value. You will also be expected to have a “bigger picture” overview of promotional plans for all products and ensure that Poker activities are aligned with Casino and Sports to ensure proper user experience across the Party brand.

You will be accountable for your team’s performance, including achievement of key KPIs and commercial targets, including reduce churn, increase conversion/Xsell rates, improve customer satisfaction and increase overall player lifetime value.

You will be expected to spearhead relevant projects that aim to improve CRM optimization overall, but with special focus on Poker campaigns.

So, who are we looking for?
 
We are ideally looking for someone with 5 years’ experience within a marketing or CRM environment, however this isn't essential. You will also have previous experience working within the Online gaming experience vertical, preferably Poker. 
 
Utilising your skills, experience and industry knowledge you will be a confident leader, who can help manage and lead a team to success, offering guidance and support along the way. 
 
You will also have strong analytics skills and experience in segmenting data, with good knowledge of email marketing tools and overall campaign Best Practice

It would be ideal, but not essential if you have some of the following: 

  • Knowledge of Optimove and/or Salesforce
  • Experience of working with Content and/or Campaign Management Systems
  • Experience with campaign Journeys and programs
  • Experience managing remote teams
