About The Role

We are looking for a Head of CRM to lead our team of CRM Specialists to create a world class CRM function. Working with our Chief Digital Officer, you will be focused on establishing and driving the strategic direction of the CRM team.

As our Head of CRM, you'll be accountable for:

  • Driving our CRM strategy and annual, quarterly & monthly activity plan to support daily business performance.
  • Using data, insights & analysis to develop strategies to engage, retain and reactive our customers.
  • Creating marketing journeys to develop customers product knowledge and to ensure customers are provided with entertaining betting experiences.
  • Working in collaboration with the Head of Personalisation to implement personalisation activities throughout the business.
  • Partnering with our Responsible Gambling Team to deliver our best-in-class harm-minimisation platform to ensure sustainable, long term activity from users.
  • Working with internal Brand, Content, Design, Product and Tech teams to develop and implement CX / customer lifecycle initiatives, ensuring our communication and product strategies are aligned.
  • Ensuring campaigns are extended through retargeting in conjunction with the digital marketing teams.
  • Partnering with our Promotions team to develop and market promotions that will engage, retain or reactivate our clients. 

About you!

You'll have vast experience in CRM or similar with a drive to innovate and try new things. Our customers are the heart of everything we do, so we're looking for someone who understands customer lifecycle marketing and can create an epic experience to engage and retain our customers.

  • The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Bachelor's degree qualification in marketing, business administration, related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Significant experience in CRM driving the CRM strategy 
  • Solid understanding of online wagering, sports and racing products
