 Day to Day responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with each HR Director for the business area to decide the strategic direction of each area and how we can embed Inclusion into the people process.
  • Partnering with each business area to carry out the action plans decided at the strategic level.
  • Project manage each programme in the business area.
  • Advising on Inclusion plans across the year. Helping with delivery of key projects across our strategy and implementing.
  • Owning and helping to embed the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy across the globe.
  • Help to deliver Inclusion training to our organization by helping to run webinars, deliver face to face training and create online learning modules.
  • Working with other business partners across each area; HR, Learning, Internal Comms.
  • Making Entain the best place to work and an employer of choice by working with Employer Brand to showcase how inclusive we are as an organization.
  • Help to deliver Inclusion training to our organization by helping to run webinars, deliver face to face training and create online learning modules within the areas of the business that you look after.
  • Deliver People Survey results and action plan sessions and follow ups.
Additional Information


  • Experience in a Diversity & Inclusion team previously
  • Demonstrable examples of delivering communication plans to achieve support and change in an organization and more specifically within certain business areas.
  • Experience of business partnering or experience of working with certain business areas to achieve specific aims.
  • A passion for the broader Diversity & Inclusion agenda.
  • Experience of influencing various stakeholders and managing multiple projects at once.
  • Great relationship building skills with people at different levels.
  • Experience within a strategic HR business area.
  • Experience working in a global business and adapting your working style according to which location you are working with.
  • Some experience of managing 3rd party suppliers.
  • Some experience of matrix managing teams across functions.
