 Reporting to the Operations Analytics Manager sat within the BI & Analytics function we are looking for an Operations Analyst to help build out this relatively new branch of analytics for the Party division. Party is an extremely complex business with an extensive geographic footprint and a large peer to peer poker gaming vertical, combined with an ever changing regulatory environment we need a dedicated analytics team to provide data driven insight and business critical recommendations to maximise business opportunity and minimise risk.
The Operations Analyst will be a key role supporting the Operations Analytics Manager and the Operations Director providing data driven insight for high stakes decision making.
Your Responsibilities:
Responsibility for analytics in Party relating to...
  • Regulatory impact analysis, SoF and RG analysis, Account validation impact analysis, Payments analytics, Customer support analytics and Gaming Tax analysis
  • Support the Operations Analytics Manager and the Operations Director with business-critical insights.
  • Proactive deep dive analysis and propose actions on key findings
  • Responsible for hands-on modelling and simulation of outcomes due to proposed system changes
  • Prepare data sets for analysis by querying multiple data sources
Essential Skills:
  • Extensive experience in a data analytics role, ideally in operations analytics
  •  Ability to transform complex facts and figures into plain English that can be easily understood, coupled with exceptional presentation skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills including modeling, simulation, and experimental testing
  • Exceptional data wrangling skills dealing with complex datasets to combine and automate the analytics workflow
  • Strong Knowledge of SQL
