About The Role

Responsibilities:
  • Manage People Analytics team (currently 4 Analysts) and develop team, skills and resource planning in line with growing/changing HR and business landscape
  •  Take on, develop and communicate People Analytics strategy in line with HR, business and Technology/systems strategy
  • Provide thought leadership with regards to data governance, systems changes that impact the data landscape and the usage of data. This role functions as the spokesperson in all things HR Data and will therefore:
  Sit on the CAB (Change Approval Board) for all HR systems changes
Liaise closely with the Data Privacy team and Group Security to ensure Entain is compliant on all regulations globally
  Advise all teams in the HR team on best practices in regards to HR Data use
Identify gaps in our data to support the drive for greater accuracy and higher quality data insights
Understanding of trends and new tools in People Analytics on the market
 
Experience:
  • Extensive experience building and managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to think creatively to solve issues with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to communicate and present complex technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Extensive experience in writing meaningful Insight reports for senior stakeholder group consumption
  • Advanced Excel and good working knowledge of visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau as well as all Microsoft Office products
