The CX department is looking for a Head of UX content and communications that can help develop the narrative and tone of voice Entains world renowned umbrella of brands. We're looking for someone who can be resourceful, flexible, and can effectively prioritize their work and work of their team."

Working with designers, researchers, brand managers, product managers, UX writers and engineers to deliver compelling content solutions. Lead projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. Together with these cross-functional partners, set the vision for the user experience and build the space for others to collaborate. "

This role will expect the successful candidate to write clear and concise content for labels, navigational elements, interface language, accessibility content, detailed UX guidelines around visual style, component behaviours, and editorial advice. For an audience of designers, Customer Services representatives, developers, writers, content strategists, product owners"

Additional Information

What you'll be doing:

  • Work together with the business teams to shape the UX content, copy vision and strategic roadmap
  • Own the functional TOV guidelines across all brands and languages in alignment with the specific brand TOVs
  • Effectively manages and provides a good service to multiple stakeholders, who often have very different priorities and challenges
  • Determine the best way to deliver Product and Customer services communications for multiple languages including: English, American English, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, Flemish, Greek, Russian and more… so it always appears local and not google translated in the most efficient way – but with quality always in mind   
  • Review of all current CS & product copy
  • To lead by example, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills, inspiring others to reach their potential and create their best work
  • May be required to travel
Who you are: 
  • Proven experience of managing a team of multilingual copywriters and translation services to deliver communications for product and customer services operational teams as part of a digital e-commerce business
  • Proven experience using data to inform decision making on the success of content / copy and the need for additional communications / articles within an experience
  • 5+ years professional writing experience
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Experience writing content for web/mobile products
  • Experience writing emails, landing pages, or editorial content
  • Ability to express empathy for our diverse community spanning across multiple languages.
  • Experience writing stories or more long-form editorial content
  • Experience writing for social impact products or audiences is a plus
  • Portfolio of writing samples
  • Have the skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts.
  • A holistic user experience problem solver that considers every facet of the user journey.
  • Experience working on digital products. This role sits within the user experience design organization, so a foundational knowledge of what goes into product design is key.
