As a member of the global Marketing Transformation team, you will be the specialist on how we best utilise our MarTech and Data capabilities to talk to our existing customers. You will define a CRM maturity framework and will help our global brands continuously get better.

You will therefore be an experienced Customer Marketing specialist with strong Technology acumen, who drives innovation and change globally with a strong commercial focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with global set of brands to understand their CRM strategies, marketing plans and the commercial impact it is having.
  • Find opportunities and Advise local marketing teams on ways to improve performance and customers experience simultaneously.
  • Work closely with global SMEs in other marketing fields, e.g. Brand marketing, User Acquisition etc.. to develop standard methodology playbooks on how marketing strategies should align. Evangelise and embed into regional marketing plans.
  • You will identify Innovation opportunities in player marketing (e.g. Personalisation) and lead cross functional working groups to drive forward

Responsibilities in the Martech Side:

  • You will establish close working relationships with the wider product & technology delivery teams and represent innovative CRM features within the delivery workstreams!
  • Audit and report on adoption of MarTech capabilities within regions. Create regional recommendations and improvements plans.
  • Give to the group wide strategic MarTech roadmap (6-24 month horizon) and provide input in quarterly delivery prioritisation forums.
  • Identify regional and group-wide operational inefficiencies and barriers to execution and work with cross functional partners to deliver improvements.
