About The Role

Role Purpose: 

The Team Lead is primarily responsible for hiring, managing performance, providing support, motivation, coaching and development to direct reports. The lead is required to have technical background with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and be able to develop new solutions as well as enhance existing solutions. It is important that they used to working within Global team structure and the cultivation of strong team culture.  

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the team’s day to day operation 
  • Lead the team in working on platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, BannerflowSpirable & Liveclicker.  
  • Assist in workforce management duties such as schedule and leave management  
  • Review team performance and provide corrective action plan/s – perform 1:1 coaching, provide support, motivation and development of staff  
  • Review, collect, and summarize quality control and business reports  
  • Assists in conducting a regular training needs analysis for personal and professional development of the staff 
  • Handle escalations on a timely manner 


Qualifications and  Educational Requirements:
  • Must possess a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
Specialist Skills and Experience Required:
    • Experience with doing team performance reviews  and provide corrective action plan/s – perform 1:1 coaching, provide support, motivation and development of staff 
    • Working with HR regarding to any payroll and disciplinary measure concerns 
    • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills 
    • Experience managing matrix teams 
    • Experience work with SAAS product 
    • Experience managing Development,  
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder) (Desirable)  
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills  
    • Effective communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skill 
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team oriented, high demand and fast paced environment  
    • Strong relationship and client management skills  
    • Professional attitude and client service orientation; collaborative and results-oriented 


Technical Skills and Qualifications: 

    • Proficient with JavascriptJQuery and API integration (REST and SOAP) 
    • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database fundamentals 
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodology 
    • Experience in creating and maintaining automations, data extensions and connector data transfer processes between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and third-party solutions 
    • Previous front-end development on Ad Automation platforms such as BannerflowLiveclickerSpirableMovableInk or Similar is desirable
