About The Role

Entain operates a global Marketing Innovation team, focused on finding new and innovating ways of reaching our customers, optimising campaign performance and customer journeys into our products. Across the Entain brands we spend over £600m on marketing. The efforts of the marketing innovation team will increase the effectiveness of our marketing and increase it’s efficiency.

The Test Delivery lead will play a key part in this team, as the flight controller of all the test and experiments that need to be built. Ensuring the business, technology and BI stakeholders are aligned and the test implementations are delivered on-time and on-budget.

What will the role involve? 
  • Work with global marketing innovation managers to build a delivery plan for the tests prioritised in backlogs
  • Accountable for delivery of marketing tests globally, on-time and on-budget.
  • Attend CAB or Change management forums to ensure tests obtain approval for test releases
  • Conduct capacity estimation and ensure sufficient bandwidth is reserved by all dependent functions.
  • Participate in design of controls to ensure all live tests are tracked and do not conflict
What you bring to the table:
  • 2+ years’ experience working as a project manager, delivery lead or scrum master.
  • Extensive experience utilizing project tools and methodologies
  • Experience of quality assurance to ensure experience delivered have high quality while speed of deliver remains high.
