We believe every world leading business needs to have dedicated focus on innovation and hence we are looking to setup a strong team of marketing innovators lead by the Head of Marketing Innovation. The Marketing innovation team will lead by example in embedding the culture of test & learn within all major Entain brands. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
  • Direct your team and stakeholders to focus on impactful ideas that can be nurtured into game changing results. Challenge business teams where required and ensure we rigorously evaluate hypotheses and support decision making with data
  • Employ world class methods to drive through a balance of optimisations as well as transformative innovations, in the way we market to our customers.
  • Work with senior leaders in each of our global brands to identify the most important strategic questions, around which the innovation agenda will pivot
  • Maintain a wide innovation scope that drives significant outcomes, including but not limited to above-the-line brand marketing, user acquisition & retention campaigns, product journeys, customer proposition and creative excellence.
Deliver Marketing Innovation through Test and Learn 
  • Manage a global team of Marketing Innovation Managers, focusing on customer value proposition, channel mix, creative quality ensuring all major global brands have been represented.
  • Work with Strategic channels and partners (e.g. Facebook and Google) to align our marketing innovation agenda to their capability roadmaps

Report outcomes and amplify results across the group

  • Host group wide results sharing sessions ensuring contributions from all brands.
  • Regularly report the results of the tests to each brand’s senior leadership team, and prioritise next cycle of testing.
  • Report the aggregated outcomes to the Global Managing Director, CEO and the group SLT.
