About The Role

The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for ensuring all learning experiences are contextually relevant, beautifully designed, and lands with measurable impact in Entain. As part of the Learning Experience team, you will contribute to the research, thinking, design and build of all learning experiences for Entain globally. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating captivating experiences. Designing both digital and blended learning solutions, including eLearning, interactive PDFs, infographics, video content and face-to-face training.
  •  Overseeing the creation of learning experiences designed both by internal and external partners.Translate a set of learning objectives and content into a coherent and efficient learning experience.
  • Designing and implementing the content guidelines and best practices of our learning experience.
  • Bringing the outside in. Proactively researching new learning delivery methodologies and demonstrating application of this knowledge when evaluating design options.
  • Educating the business by sharing your talents with your peers and guide the business on best practice and overall learning strategy.
  • Developing new learning initiatives based on the insight provided by the Learning Business Partners.
  • Being responsible for ensuring all learning experiences champion an inclusion lead approach.
  • Design a test plan for the broad categories of learning we create that includes all relevant platforms, from shop till systems to office laptops

What we need from you:  

  • Expertise and experience of designing learning and training interventions to engage and motivate learners to positive measurable outcomes in performance, retention and engagement
  • A high level of awareness of current best practices in learning design, curriculum design and/or immersive learning design
  • Experience recommending innovative solutions to training and learning needs to multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in creating learning content across various media and platforms:
  • Experience within the learning field, with a good understanding of the end to end learning experience.
  • Experience with managing a budget to deliver great return on investment
