Entain’s Group Strategy team is looking to hire a Group Strategist to help support the team setting the strategy for the organization. This highly exciting role works directly with multiple groups across Entain, including Digital, Product and Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales, international and corporate leadership to support the defining and execution of the strategy for the group globally.

We are looking for talented Strategists with the highest standards of integrity who have previously worked in Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting and are looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced commercial environment. The Corporate Strategy team works with Entain's executive leadership in shaping strategies to drive growth and innovation across the company and reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and President New Ventures.  

Your Responsibilities: 
  • You will support high-visibility, growth strategy projects by conducting strategic analysis, financial modeling and synthesizing conclusions to be presented to internal leaders
  • You will assess potential strategic partnerships, investment opportunities and m&a targets globally
  •  You will explore competitive and industry dynamics across betting and gaming, video and free to play games, esports, tech, media, and entertainment industries and assess drivers to advance our position in the marketplace globally
  • Assess various growth opportunities, including hypothesis formation, financial and business analyses, and communication of findings
  • You will assess our performance in the market in relation to our industry peers, including maintaining a pulse on existing / emerging competitors and conducting deep-dive competitive assessments
Essential:
  • Up to 3 years of experience in consulting or other strategy projects / roles preferred
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
  •  Proficiency in Excel (can perform complex functions and analyses) and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Knowledge and ability to apply business frameworks (e.g. SWOT, value chain, competitive forces, core competency analysis)
