The Foxy brands Gaming Commercial Executive will be responsible for supporting the Foxy brands Gaming Commercial Manager in the day to day performance and enhancement of our Gaming lobby and of Table and Slot products. This includes testing new  platform and lobby features and developments; implementing a market leading content roadmap, and regular testing and optimisation of existing tools to help create an optimal experience on site.


Acting in the day to day optimisation and maintenance of all areas of the site, ensuring all available tools are used and regularly updated to reflect customer preferences and trends, in line with brand pillars. There will also be requirements to conduct QA testing of new features, and A/B testing of existing features, insight from which will help maintain a best in class lobby.


The role benefits from a keen interest in online slots & games, and a broad understanding of our competitors and products available. An understanding of how to communicate key selling points of a game to communicate to the wider team is advantageous. The role also requires someone who can make sensible decisions based on basic analysis, presenting the best content to our players to help contribute to Gaming targets.

What you'll be doing:
  • Use of relevant BI tools to report on game and supplier performance, to monitor, highlight and report on releases or any risks/successes.
  • QA testing of new and existing platform features, conducting A/B testing where relevant and providing feedback to project teams; escalating Issues for follow up by the Commercial Managers.
  • Regularly analyze and optimise game and lobby feature performance
  • Analysis of clicks into games, tabs and other site metrics to suggest and action Improvement to the Gaming lobbies
  • Support the wider internal gaming teams, communicating the games roadmap, key features, and game paramaters and acting as the Initial Interface between our Game Suppliers and Promotions
  • Create daily, weekly & monthly reports and presentations
  • Undertaking competitor and supplier roadmap reviews to feedback opportunities to the Commercial Manager for prioritisation
  • Supporting customer service teams with common pain points and escalations driven by our lobbies or supplier performance
  • Liaise with the testing team to ensure games are scheduled and can be released successfully according to plan.
  • Position new and existing releases on site in line with process to optimise performance
  •  Review player account activity and contact game providers for verification on large wins to approve withdrawals.
  • Briefing and Implementing a set schedule of emails and on site messaging to promote and upsell new games
  • Prepare Weekly Trading slides – presenting game release performance, and covering for the Commercial Manager where required
  • Support the creation of the Gaming Brands roadmap in line with the Gaming Casino Commercial Manager, making adjustments and communicating updates where required
  • Support of the Casino Commercial Manager in any ad hoc tasks where required.
What we need from you: 
  • Confident and used to working on their own with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable with multi tasking and working in a fast moving, high performing team
  • Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution in daily work
  • Excellent knowledge of the online gaming industry and competitor products
  • Previous Knowledge of interactive Games and Games suppliers
  • Meticulous with good attention to detail
  • Proven analytical and numerate skills, Google and Adobe analytics advantageous
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Strong team work ethic
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience of using lobby management and creative briefing tools
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI skills, to manipulate, analyse, drill into and present data and insight
