Entain invests considerably in digital advertising through wide range of channels. We have a mature MarTech stack and ambitious plans to make it better. The product managers for Ad-Tech will be plays a central role in helping brands reach their audiences effectively, while continuously improving spend efficiency.

 This role isn’t just about technology or product, it is as much about how marketeers operate to use technology effectively. You will therefore be both a Technology and Marketing expert, who drives innovation and best practice amongst global marketing teams, with a strong commercial focus.

Ad-Tech Product Management 

  • Understand and help shape the Ad-Tech tools and architecture to suit our global marketing requirements
  • Work closely with other areas of MarTech and product to ensure effective product and platform integrations
  • Understand the context of Marketing across different brands and regions within the group. Consult on suitable use cases and ensure suitability of Ad-Tech roadmap to fulfill.
  • Stay on top of Ad-Tech trends by engage with Industry events and forums and exploring new capabilities
  • Nurture and grow strategic partnerships with major suppliers and digital marketing channels (e.g. Facebook, Snapchat) and maintain relationships with smaller suppliers

 Marketing Best Practice

  • Working with Internal and external stakeholders, develop and document best practices and standards for each of our channels and marketing disciplines.
  • Work with global marketing teams to drive adoption of best practices, ensuring we pro-actively increase the maturity and ROI of major channels (e.g. Paid Social, Programmatic and Display, Paid Search, SEO, CRM, Affiliates and Partners), through documented playbooks, training, working groups, result sharing forums.
  • Work to commercial objectives around your Ad-Tech products, ensuring clear tracking of benefit realisation and ROI for capabilities delivered across brands. 
  • Support A/B test backlogs (e.g. ad copy, creative assets) across all paid channels

Essential: 

  • Min of 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Product or MarTech Management, ideally from agency or in-house teams in large digital enterprises
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling digital marketing programs
  • Data Analytics skills to mine data in measuring campaigns performance and drive optimisations
  • Deep project management/marketing expertise, including clinical demonstrations, teaching skills, market trends/analysis, product launches, project roadmap development
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital campaigns (Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, Programmatic or Display)
  • Good understanding of SEO and KPIs. 
  • Strategic influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence within a matrix environment
  • Ability to mediate amongst competing priorities and building consensus toward high value initiatives
  • Commercially savvy and able to produce business cases 
  • Experience in writing requirements and development stories
