You will be responsible for building a robust poker product strategy, managing Entain`s B2B poker business, and overseeing the training performance of the poker network. You will drive growth in NGR and customer equity, while delivering excellence in all areas of poker to create a marketing leading product offering and poker network. You will also be responsible for building, developing and leading the commercial and product teams.   


In this role, you will work in close collaboration with Entain`s B2B department, Poker Room Management, and the Regional Manager to manage relationships with poker partners – increasing their satisfaction and commitment to the network for the benefit of all the network`s participants. In addition to this, you will work closely with Promotions and Propositions, Operations, BI & Analytics, and Brand to implement the business strategy and objectives.


Your success will be measured on the delivery of product strategic milestones, Partypoker NGR, and overall contribution to the growth of Entain`s poker network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in close collaboration with the Party Leadership team to formulate the vision and strategies required to achieve targets set in the Partypoker budget plan. You will then communicate this to the business with clarity and follow through to ensure execution.
  • Create and own the Poker Product Strategy – ensuring alignment to Party`s strategy, commercial objectives, and brand ambitions.
  • Working closely with the Product Team, you will produce a `world class` Poker Product Plan and Roadmap that drives growth, value and profitability; is aligned to brand positioning; and creates a sustainable competitive advantage through differentiation from competitors.
  • Work hand in glove with the Party Finance Director and the BI and Analytics teams to analyze performance – capitalizing on new growth opportunities and addressing any areas of underperformance.
  • Work closely with ARM team to ensure that customers have an appropriate suite of suitable products.
  •  Continually monitor the market to assess competitor activity to identify opportunities, threats and learnings that can be applied to partypoker business. 
  • You will build, develop and lead the commercial and product teams. Ensuring the team is motivated, productive and fully compliant with all regulations is a must.
  • Manage relationships with Entain`s poker network partners and own Entain`s poker commercial relationships.
  • Manage, communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels – ensuring Poker is being represented credibly and aligned to planned activities.
Specialist skills and experience


  • Commercial and Product experience and a track record in managing high performing teams.
  • Outstanding commercial awareness and analytical skills; you are data led, customer focused and results orientated.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Gaming Industry; including major suppliers and key competitors.
  • Proven track record of delivering growth through implementation of gaming strategies and product improvements.
  • Strong customer-experience and product vision.
  • Experience with planning, project management, execution and evaluation against target metrics.



  • Experience managing large multi-brands gaming operations.
  • Experience of managing substantial cost budgets and profit targets.
  • Demonstrable evidence of influencing at senior levels of an organisation, a strong articulator, you will be capable of communicating complex messages and influencing change within a matrix management structure.
  • Recognized internally as an industry expert.
  • Detail focused but able to see the “big picture”, remove barriers, and move forward at pace.
  • A strategic and inspiring leader that provides leadership and direction to the team, while creating and embedding a culture where continuous improvement is embraced.
