The Campaign Manager – Ireland for Ladbrokes will work closely with the Senior Campaign Manager – UK & Ireland, Sports leadership team and broader brand marketing teams and will be responsible for the execution of Integrated marketing campaigns for the brand in Ireland. 
 
This role will support other marketing functions to align against campaign objectives for the Irish market and support the briefing and delivery of overarching integrated marketing plans, including creative asset management, media buying, content & communications and audience activation – all aimed at supporting the delivery of business objectives in Ireland. 
 
This role will be fundamental in delivering market leading customer campaigns to help grow our audience base and future brand health. Working closely with both internal and external agencies, this role will provide a diverse challenge for an ambitious individual with a passion to develop and refine solid marketing strategy and delivery skills. 
 
What you'll be doing:
 
Execution of brand marketing plan aligned with business objectives & propositions in Ireland 
Delivery of 360 marketing campaigns across all brand-customer interactions and touchpoints 
Support delivery of in-market creatives and media activation across TV, Sponsorships, Partnerships, Radio, OOH and all other ATL media 
Delivery of digital marketing campaigns focused on brand positioning, awareness and product showcasing with strong and defined CTAs 
Development of close relationships with internal stakeholders / departments enabling the delivery of business objectives through Irish marketing strategy 
Building strong alignment with external agencies and partners, setting direction, performance indicators and KPI measures in market 
Assisting in monthly, quarterly and annual investment planning to ensure strict budget management and streamlined accounting / payment processes 
Implementation of effective and efficient media strategies (overall and at a channel level) in market 
Ensuring alignment with the Ladbrokes creative guidelines on an ongoing basis, optimised for Ireland 
Reporting KPIs for marketing campaigns, monitoring performance 
The go to person for Studio implementation of campaigns  
Reporting - Understands campaign reporting and suggests ATL optimisation for future  
Compliance - Understand and implement latest RG restrictions and channel compliance rules  
Manage ATL RG creative campaigns  
Further develop media and creative knowledge and understanding  

What we need from you:
 
Experience in Marketing, including delivery of integrated campaigns 
Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to use a range of communication styles and methods to engage audiences of different types and levels 
Understanding of marketing objectives and how to translate these into marketing briefs and plan 
Experience of working within a large organisation with a matrix of operational teams and delivering business objective 
Experience of working within Entertainment industry would be beneficial but not imperative 
Clear communicator who can translate thoughts into clear and concise feedback judged against briefs 
Good Technical Marketing Skills 
Good brief writing skills that cover several channels 
Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
