About The Role
  • Work within the CRM team to execute highly targeted & personalised direct marketing campaigns, including real-time, event-driven and automated lifecycle campaigns  
  • Build & execute journeys, campaigns & audience segments within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Work with the team to develop the weekly schedule to best complement current sport & racing events and business results 
  • Create relevant content for Push, SMS, Email & Notification Centre communications 
  • Utilise best-of-breed MarTech, including automated systems and analytics platforms

About you: 

You’re passionate about the customer journey & how data can be utilised to create not only a seamless customer experience, but highly successful direct marketing campaigns. You’ll play a key role in the execution of customer marketing programs across a variety of digital channels in both building the campaigns & audience segments. You’re a keen problem solver, eager to learn about data and in turn, contribute your enthusiasm to the output of a high performing team. 

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a digital direct marketing and CRM capacity, including using email and mobile marketing best practices, multi-channel campaign management and customer segmentation.
  • Solid experience in utilising data to identify customer trends and produce business insights.
  • Understanding and experience with basic HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Advertising or Communications 
  • Salesforce Certification is ideal.

  • Quick learner, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • A passion for sport & racing and a keen interest in the wagering is desirable
