About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Safer Gambling and External Affairs, you will play a central role in coordinating and managing Entain’s sustainability strategy and efforts across several international jurisdictions.
Additional Information
Key responsibilities
  • Supporting the Head of Safer Gambling with delivery of Entain’s overarching Safer Gambling and Sustainability strategy, including development in new jurisdictions;
  • Responsible for researching and presenting new sustainability opportunities and projects to build our corporate message and key objectives;
  • Supporting the business in its dealings with external third party organisations and charities to build and maintain ongoing relationships in relevant jurisdictions;
  • Working closely with other internal business units (e.g. Regulatory Affairs, Compliance) to support the strategy and jurisdictional pressures;
  • Oversee the implementation of key safer gambling and sustainability commitments;
  • Advising and supporting internal business units (e.g. Tax, Marketing, B2B, Compliance) on matters where there is a regulatory dimension

Skills and experience


  • Good knowledge of existing ESG and Sustainability frameworks in European and international territories;
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with a wide-ranging group of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects across various jurisdictions, often adhering to tight deadlines
  • Agile thinker, capable of finding viable solutions to complex problems


  • Experience working in a charity or sustainability organisation
  • Familiarity of lobbying and advocacy campaigns
  • European language skills
  • Comms/ PR experience
