About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity within our HR People Analytics team.  The role supports the Head of People Analytics and leads on People Data Quality BAU activities, report building and project work. This is a key role managing many different relationships, underpinning all the work the People Analytics team delivers. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Monitor Data Compliance globally in relationship with the Data Privacy team and local HR teams. Ensure that changes or new implementations are in line with local legislation and Group Security requirements
  • Regular data quality monitoring, running and analyzing reports to identify data quality issues
  • Identify, investigate and fix data management process issues so that data quality can be maintained/improved
  • Management of relationships with local HR Operations and Business Partner Teams to enable local Data Quality Management
  • Provide HR Data Process Management training to HR where necessary
  • Support HR through large scale changes (Organisation changes, Annual Reward processes, etc.)
  • Self Service and automated reports: Set up and management of review cycle with the appropriate stakeholder groups. Manage central report provision tracker
  • Relationship Management with HRIS/Tech to understand systems update schedule, subsequent report testing
  • Close relationship with HRIS/Tech team in India to test what they have built/changed (new reports, feeds, mass uploads, etc), providing clear reporting requirements and testing feedback
  • Support Head of People Analytics in Data Quality Strategy building and management
  • Oversee data consumption for People Analytics products (work with rest of the team to ensure correct and globally aligned data is used to feed our products).
  • Produce regular BAU reporting additional to working with external parties to provide accurate data for complex annual reports (Insurance Renewal, Dow Jones Annual Report etc.)
  • Other product development (Excel, PowerBI)
Additional Information
 Specialist Skills and Experience Required
  • High attention to detail is a must, able to identify and resolve data issues when working with large amounts of complex data
  • Experience in Delivery of HR Management Information
  • Evidence Direct Engagement with Senior Stakeholder in current or previous roles is advantageous
  • Communicates fluently and able to present complex technical information to a non-technical audience
  •  Advanced Excel and good to advanced PowerBI Skills, able to write and understand complex formulas
  • Working experience of Oracle Cloud beneficial
  • Significant Senior Stakeholder Engagement often on sensitive projects
