With the Canadian market heading towards regulated status, we need someone who can lead our efforts in Canada and maximise the market opportunity for our Party and Bwin brands. Using your knowledge of Canada and the Canadian market you will drive Entain’s business forward in the region, building relationships within the country and positioning us for long term success. 

 The role is part marketing, part commercial, part leadership, and full-time collaborator. You will be an industry expert who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute. The right candidate will be a strategic thinker, a great communicator, and bring a thoughtful approach to every initiative.

  • Responsible for our P&L performance in Canada including the delivery of strong revenue growth, planning and delivery of marketing investment, and delivery of key KPIs including staking, FTDs, CPDs, active players, player value, player lifetime.
  •  Establish Entain’s Canadian team, building from the ground up, with key input on the go-to-market strategy that we will adopt in Canada.
  • Build a small specialised team of betting and gaming marketing rockstars who will place our brands and propositions in all the right places at all the right times.
  •  Create and deliver an ambitious marketing investment plan for the territory that materially increases our Canadian revenue over a three-year period.
  • Establish and maintain industry and market analysis that will act as a guide to the opportunity in the Canadian market and a barometer of our success in capturing that opportunity.
  • Establish and maintain customer research and analysis to guide our product and marketing activities in the country.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders across Entain teams, including regional teams, technology and product, data, finance, legal, compliance, to ensure that we leverage our full group strength and assets in the Canadian market.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders in the Canadian betting and gaming market to ensure that Entain has a voice in the market and that we have our finger on the pulse for how the market is evolving over time.
  • Ensure that everything Entain does in the Canadian market adheres to best in class social responsibility and player protection policy.


  • Betting & gaming industry experience
  •  Good knowledge and understanding of the betting & gaming market in Canada
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience setting, executing, and iterating a growth strategy
  • Experience scaling customer acquisition, activation, and retention while limiting costs and maximizing lifetime value
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, cross-functional, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
  • Experience of operating in a global and matrix organisation
  •  Strong relationship management and negotiation skills and the ability to influence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to communicate findings in a compelling way to a variety of audiences, including senior executives
