As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building a robust poker product strategy, driving growth in NGR and customer equity, while delivering excellence in all areas of poker to create a marketing leading product offering. You will be the key contributor to, and business owner of, the poker product development roadmap. You`ll drive the Partypoker product innovation agenda and provide a constant stream of unique and engaging offerings to gamify the poker experience. In addition to this, you will work closely with Promotions and Propositions, Operations, BI & Analytics, and Brand to implement the product strategy and objectives.

Your success will be measured on the delivery of partypoker product roadmap, as well as incremental NGR delivered by new product initiatives.

 Key responsibilities
  • Key contributor to the Poker Product Strategy – ensuring alignment to Party`s strategy, commercial objectives, and brand ambitions.
  • Working closely with the Product Team, you will produce a `world class` Poker Product Plan and Roadmap that drives growth, value and profitability; is aligned to brand positioning; and creates a sustainable competitive advantage through differentiation from competitors.
  •  In collaboration with Poker Product team, own and drive poker product innovations pipeline. This includes conducting competitor analysis, brainstorming, selecting innovation ideas, overseeing testing, then overseeing implementation into the markets.
  • Work closely with ARM team to ensure that ARM customers have an appropriate suite of suitable products.
  • Contribute to defining new products’ go to market strategy.
  • Be the champion of gaming trends knowledge for the Party business.
  • Manage, communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels – ensuring Poker is being represented credibly and aligned to planned activities.

Essential:

  • Product marketing/management experience in leading international gaming company.
  • Deep knowledge of gaming trends.
  • Strong customer-experience and product vision.
  • Experience with planning, project management, execution and evaluation against target metrics. Knowledge of agile and waterfall development processes.
 
Desired:
  • Poker experience (as a player) and passion for the game is a big plus.
