About The Role

Responsible for coordinating the delivery of best in class games product for targeted markets and brands. Focused on specific territories but supporting the wider team. Overseeing process management & regulatory aspects of games delivery, working with key internal teams (roadmap management, product teams, operational teams etc.) & external stakeholders (suppliers & regulators) to drive and enhance our localised approach & deliver a best in market games portfolio to our brands.

Lead on delivery phase of the team’s games roadmap and work on process enhancements with the Delivery Manager & wider product team. Driving the day to day requirements and supporting analytical assessments and prioritisation with the Games Product Manager.

Working with the wider Gaming Product Team, the individual will develop further relationships across the business to help deliver the targeted market’s games proposition, while always supporting group performance targets.
What you'll be doing:
 
Own the games delivery process for their elected territories, become a territory expert in both market preferences, games propensity and regulatory nuances.

Supporting the Games Product Manager and wider product team on larger new market, other target market & regulatory change programmes to ensure our games product post-delivery is best in industry.

Work with product, technical and operational teams to deliver an industry leading product offering, ensure quality, effective and timely games product delivery, and understand and leverage technology to deliver outstanding products.

Refine and deliver operational processes to support ensuring optimal product performance, including but not limited to game configurations for regulatory requirements, stakes, denominations, jackpots and promotions, and service interruption management.

Develop and grow key internal & external relationships, including team-working across the organisation to ensure successful delivery of product or group initiatives, including but not limited to Commercial, Technical Delivery, PMO, Analytics, Customer Experience and Customer Service.

Work with multiple stakeholders for brands in key regions – communicate effectively progress with roadmap delivery, call out early delays/blockers and work to continuously improve as necessary.

Keep aware of industry/product developments relating to digital entertainment and grow the awareness of the teams around you. Be an advocate for Entain adopting similar or related product enhancements as relevant.

Monitor and report on product & process performance, ensuring any identified issues can be investigated in a timely fashion, and provide insight on process improvements to internal stakeholders to support a fully considered decision making process.

What we need from you:
 
Process oriented individual that thrives coordinating multiple workstreams
Strong stakeholder management skills
Worked delivering in a regulated environment
Holds an enthusiasm for, and a working knowledge of, online gaming products and what factors are critical to success 
Experience analysing large datasets to drive decisions/priorities 
Ability to communicate well with external regulatory stakeholders across multiple locations
Understanding of internal and external environments, how this impacts strategy and the ability to swiftly adapt plans as appropriate
Ability to plan, develop and deliver business improvements in line with agreed business strategy
Has a passion for delivering the best product to our customers but will equally understand the business processes, with a strong eye for detail and a flair for communicating ideas and potential solutions to the team and stakeholders
Experience working with project/product management tools (jira, trello, slack etc.)
Online gaming industry experience
Project management or coordination experience
Analytical tool experience (any mainstream software)
