About The Role

The Product Manager is the visionary of the product and is responsible for creating and aligning the product delivery roadmap with the product strategy. The Product Manager measures themself regarding the success of their product portfolio and has a customer-centric and revenue-based context behind all their decisions. They drive the product delivery by defining Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and factor in the customer feedback to scale, pivot or stop.

The Product Manager is transparent in maintaining the business value corresponding to each product feature, ensuring that every stakeholder understands progress and priorities. They work very closely with Product Owners, CTO and CCO to discover the feasibility of their product ideas before they commit to delivery.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap with the Chief Creative Officer
  • Engaging collaborative workshops such as discoveries and design sprints to help maintaining the focus on customer value
  • Launching and supporting the user testing initiatives
  • Driving the Agile methodology adaptation in the Product space
  • Reporting on product performance
  • Supporting the product owners to align their product development activities with the overall product development strategy
  • Managing the expectations of the senior stakeholders to maximise the product value
  • Contribute innovative ideas via existing issues, new technology and team members
  • Full understanding of the market, the product, the product line and the competition and further understanding of new or existing products from talking with existing customers

About you:

Experience we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in a similar role executing product strategy and managing the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong customer focus and business acumen with an understanding of the target market and the ability to define the potential customer value per feature.
  • Proven Agile experience within cross-functional delivery team.
