About The Role

As the Insights Project Executive, you will be responsible for driving and embedding insight-derived actions and initiatives within the business. Reporting to the Head of Insights, you will work closely with the Insights and Reporting teams and business leaders to take actionable insights from data and lead cross-functional workstreams to drive action. You will oversee all aspects of projects and have ownership of project management responsibilities including the coordination and completion of insight-derived actions on time and within scope.

The role requires someone with exceptional communication and organisational skills, with experience in project management or managing cross-functional workstreams and projects.

The role will require you to use information to guide and influence key stakeholders to create strategies to drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Work with the Head of Insights and Insights Manager to develop and project manage insight derived actions and initiatives including coordinating working groups and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Insights strategy and the development of strong data governance across the organisation
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation of actions, including measurement of project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, benefits realisation/ROI, and documentation of ‘lessons learned’
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and associated costs, and report and escalate any issues / risks / delays to management as needed
  • Assist in developing, maintaining and coordinating the risk register and issues logs
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in building and validating business cases for project investment
  • Creating all relevant documentation for working groups, including presentations, and collating relevant information for forums and briefings
  • Peer reviewing insights reports, dashboards and presentations
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and library of insights via management of the Insights Hub
  • General coordinator and administration duties as required

Experience & Qualifications Required:

Essential:

  • Exceptional business partnering experience and strong collaborator
  • Pro-active in nature with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in leading working groups / project streams
  • Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management including tools and techniques
  • Solid experience in utilising Power BI dynamic reports and dashboard to gather actionable insight, and working directly with business stakeholders to communicate insights to drive action
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Inquisitive and insightful with a passion for data-driven decision making
  • Enthusiasm for working as part of a team in a fast paced and dynamic environment
