Reporting to the Head of Sportsbook Proposition, you will be responsible for the setup and execution of all sportsbook bonus mechanisms for the UK Sports Brands.  This will include all new customer acquisition offers, ATL marketing offers, BTL retention and reactivation offers.

With dual brand (Ladbrokes and Coral) responsibility, you will act as the gatekeeper of all sportsbook bonus mechanisms, managing those systems and processes to ensure the greatest level of service delivery for our customers.

You will define ways of working with your internal customers that ensure clear briefing & budgeting control on all requests, end-to-end customer testing on launch of every campaign and ongoing spend reporting.

As the Sportsbook Promotions Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of all sportsbook bonus offers to the customers of the UK Sports Brands’.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Establish defined ways of working with your internal customers – Sportsbook Proposition Teams, Player Marketing Teams (Performance Marketing, Real Time CRM, CRM, Sportsbook Site Content) - creating a concise briefing process and subsequent SLA around delivery by your team.
  • Establish and manage processes that ensures every bonus campaign is tested and validated before being exposed to the customer.You will be responsible for the accuracy of the customer experience in all bonus campaign executions.
  • Where a specific bonus campaign execution is managed outside of your tools and team (e.g. BI generated customer list awarded by RT CRM to support a live campaign), you will be responsible for the documentation, training and reporting of this campaign.
  • Through open and regular dialogue with Entain Group Compliance and Regulatory Teams, you will retain direct knowledge of the latest standards around the display and publication of bonus offers to customers, calling out and challenging to the appropriate business owner if these standards are not being met.
  • Alongside the internal business owner per campaign, you will be responsible for the customer experience from end-to-end for each bonus campaign.
  • Working with the CX team, you will identify customer friction, solving it where you can and challenging the appropriate business owners to resolve where necessary.
  • You will represent the sportsbook customer in working with the Gaming Operations Team to ensure all cross-sell campaigns are executed as effectively as possible.
  • As the primary business owner of all bonus administration tools, you will define requirements to the Entain Sportsbook & Core Product Teams, providing the necessary business case to support the prioritization of each request.
  • Ensure all Customer Operations colleagues have full visibility of all bonus campaigns, providing the appropriate FAQ material and supporting customer journey examples.
  • Provide ongoing reporting of player volumes and bonus spend (£) by campaigns, identifying over/underspend vs agreed budgets to the appropriate business owners.
  • Manage your direct reports and provide coaching, objectives and goal setting, performance management and other people policies as required from time to time; ensure they are motivated, productive and fully compliant with all regulations, legislation and team values and behaviours.
Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience of having established and then successfully managed complex, multiple matrix stakeholder business processes in dynamic professional environments.
  • Extensive Sportsbook and/or Gaming systems administration experience across multiple platforms and tools.
  • Strong numeracy skills with a key eye for detail, you will have previously collated business reports, dashboards and other reporting processes for distribution to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, as well as the capacity to work independently and deliver on time and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, you will have previously documented processes and overseen the distribution and education of these processes amongst colleagues and stakeholders, delivering reliable results for your customers.
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to sports betting promotions and previous experience of having appraised existing promotions against changing legislation and standards.
  • A passion for delivering flawless customer experiences.
  • A track record of having managed individuals to high levels of performance and motivation.


  • Natural enthusiasm for sports, betting and gaming sector is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Familiarity with product development processes and ways-of-working.
  • Advanced Excel user skills (e.g. Pivot tables, Vlookup).
