Purpose of the role:

The role holder will be responsible for Recruiting the best quality people into the business, managing a range of stakeholders; hiring managers, candidates, HR business partners, 3rd party agencies, and working to support the TA team in delivering a world class experience, focused on quality of service, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS).

 
Key Responsibilities:

You’ll serve as Talent Acquisition Advisor to the TA team, focused on managing all internal opportunities / movers along with managing and delivering to junior roles across all functions.

Your main responsibility will be speaking to candidates, preparing long and short lists, qualifying interest over the phone/email, keep in contact for future requirements and maintaining talent pools for repeat requirements.  You’ll be researching, gathering intelligence and sourcing candidates for Entain, using a range of online channels, and making initial contact via phone, text/IM, social, CRM tools (e.g. Slack), email.

 

Day-to-day this will involve;

  •  Taking briefing calls with stakeholders to understand vacancy requirements in depth
  • Building search lists, researching competitors, utilising a range of online tools that you’ll be expert in e.g. Google (Boolean/X-Ray), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Entain’s own candidate database
  • Conducting telephone research
  • Keeping in touch, updating status of candidates, cleansing the data, alerting Recruiters to suitable candidates
  • Talking to candidate about vacancies and making decisions on whether or not to add to shortlists
  • Provide candidates with excellent insight into Entain roles, career paths and why Entain is a great place to work.
  • Work with and maintain the recruitment system with a high level of data integrity.
  • Conduct candidate screening calls using selection skills to determine the suitability of the candidate profile being shared with the SR and RBP leading the Requisition
  • Ensure all selection decisions are made fairly and based on robust evidence
  • Following up with candidates post interview to deliver decisions and feedback in a way that supports the individual, and maintains Entain’s reputation
  • Support other ad hoc recruitment advisory activities when required
 
Skills / Experience needed:
  • Demonstrable Research / Sourcing experience within the recruitment industry, gained from external agency or either in-house / RPO environments
  • Experience of external direct candidate sourcing & engagement
  • Experience of lifecycle candidate management mainly on searching, sourcing, engagement and screening practices.
  • Essential that you have experience of working with/ using applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems, with a high level of data integrity
