About The Role

We're looking for a CRM Specialist to join our team who is brave enough to take on a challenge and work across a few of our brands such as Bwin, Sportingbet, Betboo, Vistabet in all of our markets!

Within the role, you will be focused on delivering top notch customer experience across our marketing activities with a key focus on automation. You will also support the Sportsbook casino team to conceptualize, build and execute marketing activities to a high standard. Your key mission would be to transform sportsbook casino marketing activities into positive customer experience. 

You will be working within the Casino/Sports Marketing teams to test, optimise and rollout a wide improved user journey and experience and simultaneously automate journeys and messages to reduce clicks and resources required to deliver campaigns. The role covers all elements of the customer lifecycle and has the aim of making our marketing spend more efficient, increasing customer values as a result.

This is a very creative and independent role so you must be confident managing many projects and working with a wide range of stakeholders
What you'll be doing:
  • Plan and execute a range of CRM campaigns covering the full spectrum of the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop, monitor, evaluate and optimize campaign performance. Sharing findings with key stakeholders across the business
  • Work closely with advanced AI model team to improve the personalisation of offers and communications
  • Master all key CRM tools and optimize them both from a user point of view and customer point of view
  • Master all reporting tools and convert data to action
  • Improve customer communication by adapting harmonized channel approach, improve reachability and increase open and click rates.
  • Drive operational efficiency by focusing on automation. Optimising existing lifecycle campaigns and automating a series of new behavioural based campaigns
  • Manage and execute a comprehensive testing plan to review the effectiveness of improved customer experience and automation
  • Be the point of contact between product for improvement of existing tools and new tools.
  • Ensure that campaigns are relevant, attractive, consistent, result oriented and aligned with other areas of the business.
  • Constant review of communications to ensure alignment across Sports & Casino teams
What we need from you:
  • Detailed understanding of the CRM and CX
  • Experience with automation
  • Good understanding of CRM tools and communication channels
  • Good understanding of data and data driven
  • At least 2 years working experience in a customer Marketing role
  • English at a business proficient level.
  • Ability to manage projects spanning across multiple locations
  • Strong inter-departmental communication skills

Desired but not essential:

  • University degree in marketing / communication / advertising or a related field desired
  • Good copywriting skills and understanding of Marketing Communications
